Financial Aid
We are here to help every step of the way
Your college education is one of the most important investments you’ll ever make. But you probably have real questions about how you can afford it.
Our Office of Student Financial Aid Services understands that your financial aid represents an investment in your future. We are committed to helping you and your family determine the best way to pay for your MNU education. We will work hard to help you maximize your financial aid options.
More than 98% of traditional undergraduate MNU students receive financial aid in the form of grants, scholarships, loans, or work-study. Some awards are made based on financial need, others for academic merit or performance, and some for a combination of the two. We are confident you’ll find real value in your MNU education.

APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO MNU
You’ll want to complete your MNU Application for Admission as soon as possible. Both federal and state financial assistance require that you be accepted at MNU before we can finalize your financial aid.
Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) at studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa, and be sure to include the MNU school code: 007032. To be considered for federal student aid for the 2023–2024 award year, you can complete a FAFSA® form between Oct. 1, 2022, and June 30, 2024. To apply for federal student aid for the 2024–2025 award year, you can complete a FAFSA® form between Dec. 31, 2023, and June 30, 2025.
FSA ID: A Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID is a username and password that you must create to log into the U.S. Department of Education’s website for financial aid, https://studentaid.gov/. Your FSA ID identifies you as someone who has the right to access your personal information, is used to sign legally binding documents electronically, and has the same legal status as a written signature. Each FSA ID user must have a unique email address. You should use an email address you will always be able to access.
If you are a parent of a dependent student, you will need your own FSA ID to sign your child’s FAFSA electronically. If you have more than one child attending college, you can use the same FSA ID to sign all applications.
To establish your username and password, go to FSA ID.
