Women's Leadership Initiative

WE LEAD: Women Equipped—Leadership Education and Development. A program providing opportunities for all female students—every major, every class—to increase their leadership capacity.

WE LEAD includes academic, experiential, and service options. Through the WE LEAD initiative, female students transform into confident and competent leaders through activities centered around the ideas of mind, heart, soul, and strength that culminate into an academic leadership certificate that can be applied to the students’ transcript.

WE LEAD initiative has been made possible thanks to a Women in Leadership Endowment Fund by Brent and Lynette Barkman and Candace Moss, along with focused gifts from individuals and Husch Blackwell law firm.
