Army Captain Mark Casey (’17), RN, BSN, was honored with the DAISY Nurse Leader Award® from the DAISY Foundation. Serving in the Army as an RN since 2019, Mark is currently stationed in South Korea, working at the Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital at Camp Humphreys.

The 2023-24 academic year marked several first-place finishes for individuals and teams within MNU Athletics. Those collective efforts helped the university earn its first-ever Commissioner’s Cup as a member of the Heart of America Conference.

From thoughtful discussions on sticky topics to international travel bringing church thought leaders together, MNU’s Department of Christian Ministry and Formation (CMF) is preparing future ministry leaders with sound theological training to advance the Gospel.

Sam Powell, a junior majoring in biology and chemistry, was selected as a 2024 Goldwater Scholar, becoming the first in MNU’s history.

A partnership between four organizations has emerged during the planning stage of MNU's trip to Rwanda May 31-June 11, 2024. The medical and service mission will include travelers from MNU, Grace Community (Spring Hill) Church of the Nazarene and Mercy & Truth Medical Missions. Today Band of Angels joined in the effort, donating 15 ready-to-play musical instruments for kids who may never have had the opportunity to touch a musical instrument.
