Being a nurse and becoming a nurse practitioner has been a privilege and a journey for which I have no regrets! I believe in the potential for nursing to help address the challenges of providing quality, affordable and accessible health care to our communities. Helping other nurses make this journey to become nurse practitioners in our adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner (AGPCNP) program is an exciting opportunity and it is made all the better by taking place in a university setting that values academic excellence, upholds Christian values and promotes Christ-like service to others.
