Capital Projects
By building new facilities, we enhance our capacity to serve more students in the future. Through reinvestment in existing facilities, we ensure that our campus is more functional, welcoming and environmentally responsible.
Fundraising Focus
COPELAND ATHLETIC COMPLEX
The priority now is to construct an integrated athletic complex that will enhance the student-athlete experience and bring Pioneer Football, Cross-Country, and Track & Field competitions back to campus. Addressing these needs will serve as an investment in our student-athletes as they pursue an education impacting both hearts and minds.

About Our Projects
Athletic Complex
Pioneer athletics have increased MNU’s visibility and reputation. Now, we’re taking the next step toward excellence by planning a first-rate athletic complex that will meet the needs of our existing program while allowing us to serve more student-athletes and develop new athletic programs.
Cunningham Center
The Cunningham Center opened to students in March 2022. The new, state-of-the-art, multi-use facility houses Enrollment Development, Student Development, a campus store, student activity lounge, coffee shop, conference center, student leadership offices, an expanded dining area and new meeting spaces.
LEARNING COMMONS & TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES
The renovation of the Mabee Learning Commons in 2016 provided the ability to house the Academic Success Center, the Career and Life Calling Office, Mabee Computer Lab, the Tech Help Desk and Dewey’s Book & Bean coffee shop in a dedicated space. A campus-wide state-of-the-art computer network upgrade was made the same year.
